Claim

Definition : A request for an insurance company to pay for for the loss. After a claim is asked for or filed an analysis method can start to work out in case the loss is that the responsibility from the requested company.

Examples : Michele was with in accident and gathered all of the necessary data required. She then returned home and known as her insurance company to file a claim.
